(More customer reviews)I really LOVE using this stuff it works great for right out of the shower and all winter my hands never got dry or cracked as long as I was using this so I am going to be a life long customer! Also one time I received one where the packing wasn't so great and the customer service was fantastic she was polite and sent out another package right away.
