(More customer reviews)"Facial tanning lotion" is a bit of a misnomer for this one - I would consider it more of a "decent facial moisturizer that may or may not help tan your face". There is no bronzer in this one (which is generally desirable in a face tanning lotion, since bronzers tend to make your face look orange), so its basic mechanism of action in helping your face get tan is just keeping it well-moisturized. You could achieve that just as easily with any regular facial moisturizer. However, this one smells decent, seems minimally oily (although it is not oil-free), and a little goes a long way - a dime-sized amount is more than enough for your whole face. Because of this, that little bottle will last a lot longer than you may think. I noticed maybe a small difference in how tan it got my face vs. regular moisturizer, so if the idea of using something labeled "facial tanning lotion" makes you feel better, then go for it. But I wouldn't say the results are dramatic.
