It's a great lotion for tanning outside mainly, it helps you get a great bronze outside of the bed but not as great inside the bed. Its five stars if you tan outside but probably a three if your tanning inside. If you trying to buy a lotion for a indoor bed I would recomend Jwows other tanning lotion.
