I was hoping it would make lotioning my back (especially between my shoulder blades) easier. What I DIDN'T expect was that it would FEEL GOOD! With just a couple of pulls back & forth, the lotion warms and it massages your back & feels GREAT! I used to dread lotioning my back & shoulders & now I look forward to it!
