(More customer reviews)After a month of waiting for my lotion I filed a claim for a refund. I got a response from Rays bribing me to leave positive feedback.
"if you remove the negative feedback we will also refund the shipping charges."
Good customer service would accept there failure and refund the shipping this just makes my opinion of them worse. I understand they had issues with there building but thats not my fault so why keep my shipping?
